Kudou Expert/
Make-Up Artist

Full Time; based in Penampang

 

These positions are the most essential part of the CSA brand as potential candidates will work exclusively with our clients to provide the most special and one of a kind beauty experience for them. The ideal candidate is passionate, efficient and hard-working. He or she is also service/client-oriented and aims to provide the best and of top notch quality work for our clients. 

 

Requirements: 

  • No experience needed as training will be provided, however an experience in the beauty/wellness industry would be an advantage 

  • Willing to work for long term; someone who is loyal and committed, want to grow with the company. 

  • A fast learner who strives for excellence and are comitted to providing outstanding customer service 

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team 

  • Available to work set days and cover shifts when needed (including weekends and some holidays) 

  • Has flexible schedule and a willingness to work non-traditional shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
    (Hours include: 8am – 5pm, 9am – 6pm, 12pm – 9pm) 

  • Caring, reliable, trustworthy, pleasant and punctual 

  • Interested and passionate about the beauty/wellness industry 

  • Possess own transportation and willing to travel to client events or locations 

  • Can start immediately

PA/Manager

Full Time; based in Penampang

 

The PA/Manager oversee overall daily studio operations and act as the middle person between clients and therapists. The ideal candidate must be someone who is able to work independently (self-motivated) in a team environment and flexible enough to multi-task and take directions from multiple people. He or she should be extremely organized, detail oriented and understand the importance of providing quality and excellent service to our clients.

 

Duties: 

  • Prepare, coordinate and plan schedules for client events or services

  • Provide administrative support to staff

  • Provide client service and follow-up via phone and/or email

  • Handle accounts and stocks

  • Support overall marketing activities including advertising, promotions, PR and etc
  • Oversee overall daily studio operations

Requirements: 

  • No experience needed, however at least one year experience in the beauty/wellness industry would be an advantage

  • Willing to work for long term; someone who is loyal and committed, want to grow with the company. 

  • Have strong interpersonal skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in English

  • Social media savvy

  • Caring, reliable, trustworthy, pleasant and punctual

  • Possess own transportation

  • Can start immediately

  • Good command in English
